Do we need to replace our existing chillers?

No. ChillerAI is a non-invasive overlay — sensors, metering and AI control are added to the chiller plant you already run using standard communication protocols. There is no mechanical replacement.

How much can we save on cooling energy?

Target savings are 17–35% of cooling kWh, depending on the site's existing controls, climate and operating profile. Savings are measured against an agreed baseline, not estimated.

How is the commercial model structured?

ChillerAI is delivered on a 50/50 shared-savings basis: verified cooling savings are split evenly between the customer and Dotz, from day one. Dotz funds the sensors, integration, AI control, monitoring and reporting.

Will comfort be affected?

No — the objective isn't to 'cool less'. ChillerAI optimises chiller staging, setpoints and schedules within customer-agreed comfort boundaries (temperature, humidity and operational limits), so it delivers the required comfort using fewer kWh.

How long does installation take?

Target installation is 4–6 weeks, subject to site access and BMS readiness, across five stages: site review, baseline, integrate, learn and control, and verify.

How are savings measured and reported?

Live metering feeds the Dotz AI Control Centre, which reports cooling kWh saved, cost and CO₂ reduction against the agreed baseline through monthly savings statements and optimisation reviews.
